This morning I woke up and went to the closing PRSSA breakfast. Then I had the honor and privilege of hearing Micheal Steele, now known for his political analyst roles on MSNBC, but I know him for his roles in local government in Maryland. He worked on both the county and state government while I lived in Maryland and he made so big changes and broke racial barriers.
He was a great speaker and was quite funny. He was talking about how the presidential debates intrigue him so much and how he sits on the couch, gitty, with his bowl of popcorn and glass of wine.
After his presentation, we packed up our things and check out. A few hours later we were on a plane home.
I am going to miss San Fransisco, and I think I may just want to live their someday.
